Daily movement. It can be a strenuous workout, stretching, or just a walk. Listen to what your body needs for that day.

Social time. Time to chat with your family and friends via video calls.

"Me time." You deserve some "me time".

Use your time off-screen to read a book or play a game, puzzle, or just enjoy your hobby.

Mental health should be a family practice. In Outlook, create a shared family calendar. Get your children involved. Find the best self-care for your kids and teach them how to do it.


2. See how people are doing.

You don't have to poll people about their emotions. For some extra fun, you can create polls on music or TV shows.
